LG Electronics, which has more than 140 locations worldwide, was founded in 1958 and has grown to become a global leader in technological innovation in the fields of customer electronics and home appliances, including televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners, smartphones, and automotive components.

LGE Vietnam in Hai Phong began operations in 2013 and currently has an investment capital of up to 1.5 billion dollars, with factories producing audiovisual equipment, household appliances, information technology products, air conditioning and solutions, beauty equipment, and other products for the global market.

With a mindset centered on people and putting customer pleasure first, LGE not only wants to acquire and sell, but also wants to modernize the Warranty system to make data storage and marketing easier. VietGuys has deployed Mobile Solution service to help streamline the warranty system in order to tackle the LGE problem.

Set Goals

To ensure the quality of the service, the following specific objectives are needed:

  • Build new features on top of existing basic features
  • Develop a smart warranty administration Web platform
  • Develop Mobile App for PG to record customer information
  • Ensure optimal data security and have a timely server backup and administration mechanism

Deployment strategy

  • Survey the current operating system of LGE.
  • Deploy ideas for each warranty-related module and divide it into two implementation phases:
    •  Phase 1: Develop Sell Out-Sell Through management features on the Web platform.
    •  Phase 2: Develop reward features for PG to activate warranty for customers and build Mobile App.
