What is Mobile Topup?

Mobile Topup is a service that allows businesses to immediately recharge their customers' mobile accounts or send top-up card codes in various quantities.

Brands can use Mobile Topup combining with VietGuys' two-way interactive messaging switchboard (SMS Short code) and other services in the VietGuys service ecosystem to eliminate all risks associated with traditional gifting methods and create a wide range of appealing reward scenarios for customers.

2 common methods of implementing Mobile Topup at VietGuys

1. Join to get reward via texting

Brands use the first message gateway formed by the telcos, such as 6067, 6089, and others, to interact with customers two-way via messages.

When a customer sends a message to the message gateway, the system will respond with a free message and a topup for the customer based on pre-programmed scripts.

2. Join to get reward via QR Code

Customers can easily access and participate in the program by scanning the QR code printed on the box, winning card, or program banner on channels such as the Landing page, Zalo OA, or the Brand's Facebook Fanpage.

Customers will be automatically topped up by the system based on pre-programmed scenarios.
